You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

⭐️ Wrong or Faulty Items -
If you believe your item is faulty:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Send photos so our team can assess the issue
- If confirmed faulty we'll offer an exchange
- if your item is out of stock, we'll issue store credit
- items outside of 30 days are not eligible for assessment
If you received the wrong item or faulty item, we offer one free exchange for Australian customers.
International customers will be charged $25 AUD subsided fee to help cover shipping and handling.
⭐️ Change of mind/size
If you change your mind or need a different size:
- You can return your item for an exchange or store credit.
- No monetary refunds are given for change of mind or sizing issues.
- You'll need to cover shipping cost to send items back
- Items must meet our Return Conditions (listed below)
We do not take responsibility for returned parcels until the arrive at our facility.
⭐️ Final Sale Items
Any discounted 30% or more is final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes promotions like Black Friday or EOFY.
⭐️ Return Conditions
To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed & in original packaging
- Tags and hygiene liners attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, washing powder, body odour
- Free from make up, tan, glitter, pet hair
- Boxed items must be unopened and seals intact
Please pack your return carefully so it arrives in good condition.
⭐️ Store Credit
- Store credit is issued once your return is recieved and checked
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing
- Store credit is sent via email as a gift card
- Valid for 12 months
- Discount codes used in your original order are not included in the store credit value
- Gift cards are non refundable
